Job Description
As a Sr. HSE Specialist at Freudenberg, you will develop and implement programs to prevent workplace accidents, conduct audits and risk assessments, create training programs, and ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Develop, implement and maintain programs and processes to prevent workplace accidents
- Conduct audits, inspections and process hazard assessments (PHA) and risk assessments
- Create and deliver health & safety training programs
- Facilitate root cause investigations for all reported HSE events
- Ensure organizational compliance with the requirements of the ISO 45001 international standard
- Co-lead the site Crisis Management Team
- Collaborate with Human Resources on local workers’ compensation program
