Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry
- MBA (Marketing preferred) from a premier institute
- 8+ years of experience in lubricants, petrochemicals, automotive, or industrial products in strategy consulting, corporate planning, or business analysis
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development, product marketing, market research, and pricing
- Market & Business Acumen and Commercial and financial understanding
- Analytical Skills: Expert-level capability in data analysis, statistical modeling, and financial analysis
- Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Tools: Proficiency in BI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
