Job Description
Fried Frank is seeking a CRM Coordinator to join its Marketing and Business Development team. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Firm's CRM database, InterAction, and provide secondary support for reporting, analytics, user training, and marketing technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of CRM experience, preferably with InterAction
- Hands on experience with Vuture preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively within a high volume, deadline sensitive environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
