We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator to source, originate, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions nationwide. The ideal candidate has previous commercial real estate finance, banking sales, or servicing experience and can establish their own book of real estate business.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience
- Proven track record of originating, underwriting, and structuring commercial real estate debt and equity
- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work successfully in a large brokerage institution
