Job Description
The Community Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of The Jefferson Apartments in Detroit, Michigan. They will oversee AP/AR, rent collections, interacting with residents, daily/weekly & monthly reporting, and more.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Residential Property Management Experience
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license
- Property management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Yardi Property Management Software (preferred)
