Job Description
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with potential residents, handling client-facing responsibilities, and assisting with leasing apartments. This role requires excellent sales and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
- Clerical duties as required
- Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features
- Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments
- Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements
