Job Description
Seeking Maintenance Supervisor with 4+ years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and 1+ year of supervisory experience. HVAC Certification required. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance personnel, working with vendors, and completing work service requests.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor capacity
- HVAC certification
