Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties. Responsibilities include prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and completing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
Requirements
- 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties
- HVAC certification a plus
- Basic set of tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
