Job Description
Maintenance Technician responsible for prepping apartments, completing work service requests, and performing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. Must have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties.
Requirements
- Prepping apartments for make-ready turns
- General maintenance duties as necessary
- On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls
- Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems
