Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the success of the store, including leading daily operations, managing customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role relies on the Store Manager when they are away, providing leadership, enforcing standards, and managing store-level tasks. The Assistant Store Manager ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and drives sales objectives.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Basic language and mathematical skills
- Ability to Multi-task, perform repeated bending, reaching, prolonged standing, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week
- Reliable timekeeping and punctuality
