The Customer Service Associate works to support the success and profitability of the store, creating a positive first and last impression with customers and providing exceptional customer service. They are responsible for supporting the management team in facilitating and completing all store level tasks.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to Multi-task, perform repeated bending, reaching, prolonged standing, and be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic language and mathematical skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled
- Must be able to reliably report to work on time, as scheduled
