The Behavioral Tech is responsible for supporting residents during their stay at the facility, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to Switchpoint's mission and values.
Requirements
- Understand and implement Switchpoint's mission and values
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Keep a daily log of occurrences within the facility
- Update maintenance log with resident requests and get maintenance log to maintenance staff
- Actively listen to the needs of the residents and act to meet those needs reasonably and appropriately
- Reconcile and report any monetary funds, petty cash and other expenditures daily
- Report any resident concerns to the Director/Manager and/or appropriate department leadership team
