Custodian - Weekend Availability Needed

We are looking for a Custodian who maintain cleanliness standards in our common areas and assist our residents with cleaning and housekeeping while establishing meaningful and lasting relationships with those who call Friendship Village home!

Requirements

• Maintains knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning of large area of floor surface
• Operate the industrial floor care equipment as assigned
• Follow cleaning schedule as outlined for the ESS Department
• Support campus-wide waste management by collecting and transporting trash and recycling
• Perform emergency housekeeping when accidents occur
• Straighten or rearrange furniture as directed
• Remove for cleaning and re-hang when clean, curtains, drapes, or dividers
