Job Description
The Aide EL Compliance will work with various stakeholders to ensure emergent bilingual students are provided with language support and/or services. The incumbent will assist with language assessments, maintain records, and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to learn and adapt to different computer programs and/or databases
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and district information
- Ability to collaborate effectively with district staff and multiple campuses’ staff, students, and parents
- Ability to organize and maintain accurate student data and information
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of cultural competence in working with diverse populations
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with deadlines
