Requirements
- Disposal and vehicle planning: organization and deployment of our bus drivers and bus fleet
- Order and tour management: processing incoming orders, coordination with customers and internal implementation
- IT-based disposal: use of modern software tools for planning, evaluation, and optimization of personnel and vehicle deployment
- Customer service: building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through competent, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
- Complaint and quality management: receiving, analyzing, and processing complaints with the goal of continuously improving service and processes
- Coordination of external service providers: hiring and managing subcontractors, including information and data transfer
- Technical understanding: close cooperation with the workshop and fleet management to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and deployment times
