Job Description
The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin regional health care network is seeking a CRNA to administer and monitor General and Regional Anesthetics to patients at FMLH. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of staff Anesthesiologists.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthetist school
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact)
- National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
