Requirements

• 4+ years as director of product management in medium/large (500+) companies
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Proven success leading AI product initiatives, such as assistants, copilots, or LLM-integrated workflows
• Strong technical background
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Past experience in DevOps/DevSec Ops
