Tech Support Automation

Tech Support Automation specialist with expertise in welding processes, automation products, and mechanical/electrical equipment troubleshooting. Responsibilities include technical verification, production support, and training.

Requirements

• Valid passport
• Willing to travel up to 70% outside of home base
• Flexible with working hours and tasks to meet customer requirements
• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Technology
• Minimum of five (5) years of Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance experience
• Proficient knowledge in electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder logic (or equivalent software programming)
• Strong ability to identify technical issues, analyze root causes, and determine appropriate corrective actions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrates the ability to meet objectives and goals
• Detail-oriented and thorough in all tasks
• Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment
