Account Director (f/m/d) - Amazon Performance Marketing & Retail Media

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to partner with international enterprise brands on Amazon Advertising and Retail Media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on strategy, ecommerce, and performance marketing, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail media
• Significant experience managing client strategy at an agency, platform, or brand
• Hands-on understanding of Amazon Advertising, retail media logic, and AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset, commercial awareness, and the drive to make an impact
