Aluminum Finish Welder
1+ years of experience in Metal fabrication and Aluminum tig welding experience a plus
CNC Operator
CNC experience needed. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software. Mechanical document reading skills required
Mold Maintenance Technician
High school degree preferred, willing to learn, detail-oriented. Experience in manufacturing preferred
Boat manufacturing Front Runner Boatworks
Eagerness to learn, critical thinking, and a drive to build are key. Transferable skills from other trades are valued. No prior boat building experience is necessary
Gel Coat Technician
Attention to detail & safety focused skills. Fiberglass/gel coat/paint/materials knowledge. Ability to match colors & work safely
Boat Laminator
Full-time work. Must be team player and comfortable in warehouse setting. Experience with laminating tools/materials is preferred
Rigging and Electronic Technicians
Experience with electronics & rigging, mechanical skills, and familiarity with tools/equipment are required. Outboard experience with gas marine engines and motors is needed
Boat Finisher
1-2 years of experience in marine finishing, auto body finishing, carpentry, or similar trades
