Job Description
This position requires a skilled and experienced Gel Coat Technician to apply gel coat using a spray gun to new or repaired fiberglass surfaces. Responsibilities include repairing chips, cleaning surfaces, matching colors, and creating a high-quality finish, while maintaining a clean work environment and safety protocols.
