Job Description
Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical or business analysis experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to align technology solutions with business strategies and manage multiple priorities
- Availability to travel to the United States when required
- Valid B1/B2 visa or European passport considered a plus
