Job Description
This 1st Shift Caregiver position provides daily living assistance to residents, ensuring they are monitored, supervised, and treated with dignity and respect. The role includes housekeeping, meal preparation, medication charting, resident communication, and incident reporting, while also maintaining a positive Frontida culture. The Caregiver will also be responsible for following DHS regulations.
Requirements
- Assist residents in activities of daily living.
- Provide comfort and companionship to residents.
- Document accidents and incidents.
- Follow emergency procedures.
- Read new information about ISP.
- Clear walkways and snow.
