Senior Manager of Business Analysis

Role Overview

As the Senior Manager of Business Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven culture. This position involves managing and interpreting large sets of data, applying advanced analytical methods, and communicating complex analytical concepts to stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Lead comprehensive data analysis projects, design and conduct complex data studies, and develop and refine metrics and KPIs. Facilitate the extraction and manipulation of large datasets, collaborate with IT and data engineering teams, and champion a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Applied Analytics, Advanced Physics, STEM or Business related Major, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in hands-on data analytics, including model building and statistical analysis
• 3+ years of experience in automating reporting and analysis through various BI tools like Power BI and/or Tableau and Power Automate
• 3+ years of experience using Excel and SQL at an advanced level
• Experience with transforming and cleaning data with R or Python preferred
• Experience with MS SQL Server, stored procedures, and implementing new databases preferred
