Requirements
- 6+ years in a hands-on analytical role with a track record of solving complex business problems
- Proven ability to 'translate' technical data into plain English for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Expert-level ability to write complex, performant queries for data extraction, transformation, and modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or similar tools like Power BI/Looker), focusing on UX/UI best practices for executive dashboards
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (complex modeling, Power Query) and a deep understanding of modern data warehousing concepts
- Excellent business acumen and product sense; ability to prioritize a roadmap based on ROI and business impact
