Job Description
We are hiring an Operations Associate for our Syracuse, NE rail shuttle location. The position involves providing exceptional customer service, operating and overseeing daily load-out operations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery
- Ability to work in and around grain, dust, and adverse weather conditions
- Ability to work long hours to meet business demands during harvest
