Operations Associate

Operations Associate responsible for maintenance, customer service, and loading/unloading of grain and agronomy products. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business demands.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery
• Ability to work in and around grain, dust, and adverse weather conditions
• Ability to work long hours to meet business demands during harvest
• Farming, grain-handling, and/or elevator experience is helpful, but not necessary
