Lead Medical Assistant

Lead Medical Assistant responsible for managing Medical Assistants and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of a single clinic, combining hands-on patient care with people leadership and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• Prior experience managing, leading, or supervising Medical Assistants
• Experience in primary care, family practice, and/or internal medicine preferred
