Senior Backend Engineer - Developer Experience

Frontify is a brand platform that helps teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. As a Senior Backend Engineer - Developer Experience, you'll work with the product managers, stakeholders, and fellow engineers to build and optimize the platform, focusing on API design, scalability, and extensibility.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement hyperscaling solutions to third-party systems, increasing the extensibility of our systems and supporting external developers through great documentation.
• Build and refine API interfaces and service communications, ensuring clarity, scalability, and adaptability.
• Collaborate across teams to create efficient contracts and interfaces, leveraging a generalist mindset to approach varied challenges when supporting external developers.
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Partner closely with product management, design, and engineering toward viable product development changes from discovery to delivery.
• Coach and mentor fellow engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
