As an Audit Senior I, you'll work with experienced audit staff and audit partners to provide clients with an objective evaluation of their financial statements. You'll complete fieldwork for operational and financial audits across the country, working independently and collaboratively to prepare work papers and recommendations for clients.
Requirements
- Complete audit procedures over assigned client financial statement segments
- Serve as in charge of smaller engagements and components of larger engagements
- Prepare less complex audit reports
- Supervise staff and conduct first review of staff work
- Communicate with client in preparation for audit
- Complete engagement-level risk assessment procedures
- Work independently as well as collaboratively
- Assist with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits
- Demonstrate expertise in GAAP, related financial reporting matters and auditing standards
- Take responsibility for the assigned audit areas
- Maintain a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) each calendar year
- Comply with Firm practice management procedures and systems
