Job Description
The Senior Day Camp Counselor is responsible for the implementation and facilitation of Frost Valley YMCA’s Summer Day Camp for campers aged 4-16. This role involves ensuring safety, planning activities, providing a positive experience, and communicating with families. The role is key to fostering a supportive environment for all participants.
Requirements
- Work directly with campers, leading activities and ensuring safety.
- Create a weekly program plan for campers.
- Maintain high safety standards and ensure quality service to participants and families.
