People Success Partner (f/m/d)

We are looking for a full-time People Success Partner to represent the People function at our Bremerhaven location and advise the local plant management team with expertise and dedication.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a comparable field
• Solid experience in operational HR work, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Practical expertise in labor law and works constitution law (BetrVG)
• Very good English language skills for working in an international team
