Trainee IT & Digital business transformation (f/m/d)

We are looking for a motivated and qualified graduate to join our two-year Next Generation Trainee Program. The program is geared towards a long-term collaboration and starts in Spring 2026. You will learn how to understand the FRoSTA business based on data and process and support us on optimize this areas together.

Requirements

• Completed master's degree in business administration, e.g. in the field of computer science, software engineering, data analytics, computer science, digitalization or comparable
• First practical experience preferably in the form of internships lasting several months and ideally in the FMCG industry
• Willingness to travel, ideally initial experience abroad and required high level of communication skills, also in English
• Openness to accept new challenges and courageous implementation of innovative ideas
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset as well as the ability to inspire and convince
• Very high level of initiative, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
