Job Description
The GARANT Group is seeking a motivated trainee for a dual training program as a Commercial Specialist for Digital Management (m/f/d), starting August 1, 2026. This program combines practical experience at the GARANT Zentrale in Rheda-Wiedenbrück with theoretical instruction at bib International College in Paderborn. You will learn about analyzing business processes, implementing IT solutions, and ensuring IT security and data protection, contributing to the data-driven development of business models. The role offers a supportive team, flexible work arrangements, and numerous development opportunities within a growing company.
Requirements
- Very good to good degree of secondary school or higher education
- Motivation to enter the working world with a lot of initiative and responsibility
- Basic interest and understanding of information technology
- Joy in the development of digital technologies and dealing with topics such as IoT, Digitalization 4.0, etc.
- An open-minded personality with whom you can approach every challenge solution-oriented and goal-oriented
- Ability to express yourself well in writing and orally
