Job Description
The GARANT Group is seeking a motivated individual for a dual apprenticeship as a Data and Process Analyst (m/f/d) starting August 1, 2026, in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. This program combines practical experience at GARANT with theoretical instruction at bib International College in Paderborn. Trainees will learn to analyze business processes, implement IT solutions, and contribute to data-driven business model development, with a focus on IT security and data protection. The role offers a dynamic environment, diverse responsibilities, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.
Requirements
- A very good to good degree from a secondary school or higher education school or Abitur.
- Motivation to enter the world of work with a lot of initiative and responsibility.
- A basic interest and understanding of information technology.
- A pleasure in working with data.
- A personable character with whom you can tackle every challenge in a solution-oriented and goal-oriented manner.
