Job Description
We are seeking a Robot Teleoperations Team Lead to supervise a team responsible for real-time remote control and monitoring of robotic systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations, robotics, teleoperation, or real-time systems management.
- 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Experience working with remote control interfaces or joystick/gamepad systems.
- Experience working with multi-camera video feeds and live monitoring tools.
- Experience working with incident management or ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of real-time system constraints (latency, bandwidth, reliability).
- Demonstrated ability to lead in high-availability (24/7 or shift-based) environments.
