Terminal Manager--Oakland

The Terminal Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of the facility, ensuring all teams work together to accomplish the facility's goal in a safe and efficient manner. Qualified individuals must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 5 years minimum management experience in trucking transportation
• 5 years minimum experience in business development
• Oversight of driver and dispatch team
• Ability to manage, reward, and discipline all employees
• Financial Acumen for pricing and P&L management
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products primarily Excel and Word
