Job Description
FST Technical Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves performing repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance of all the electrical distribution systems, and working from drawings, schematics, and other electrical documentation.
Requirements
- Field experience within all aspects of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities equipment and systems
- Experience in a sustaining environment such as maintenance requirements for industrial electrical facility systems
- Experience with electrical metering and testing equipment including multi-meter, ground fault detector, VLF, and IR camera
- Experience covered by National Electrical Code (NEC70), Recommended Practice for Electrical Equipment Maintenance (NFPA 70B), and Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace (NFPA 70E)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs 3 times a day on average
