Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will create a metrics driven, Continuous Improvement culture based on Lean Principles. The role will design, develop, lead, facilitate, monitor and report on CI initiatives, standardizing CI activities across all facilities and act as a mentor for creating future CI leaders within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or business related field
- 10 plus years experience implementing and sustaining lean strategies and CI in a manufacturing environment with high-mix / low volume production
- Travel: 10-25%
- Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
