Job Description
Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to join its Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI. The Lead Technical Project Manager will oversee project transition from R&D to Product Development, ensuring project scope, deliverables, risk, and gates workflow are completed and well documented. The role requires strong technical and strategic skills, with a focus on high-level technical planning and strategic thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum of 8 years Technical Project Management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Six Sigma Green or black belt preferred
- Experience with CMMI, program management tools, and graphical analysis visualization tools
- Familiarity with Product Data Management or PLM tools and collaborative version management tools
