IT Manager

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of the company's technological infrastructure, acting as a strategic link between the business and technology. You will lead key projects, coordinate with Global IT, manage resources, providers, and budget, and ensure operational continuity in a constantly evolving environment

Requirements

• University degree in computer science or equivalent and valuable Microsoft certifications.
• Solid experience in networks, protocols, and standards and mastery of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Knowledge of Windows / Windows Server and valuable Linux, Power Platform, data privacy.
• Knowledge of processes in industrial companies.
• High-level English (oral and written).
• More than 5 years in similar positions in medium or large companies and experience leading team II as well as infrastructure and technological project management.
• Key competencies: Customer orientation, effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking, initiative, and strategic ability.
