FUCHS is seeking a Manager CSRD / ESG to participate in the company-wide implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy. The role involves content and organizational management of defined European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), supporting departments in creating a EU Taxonomy and CSRD-compliant sustainability report, and implementing ESEF tagging for defined areas of the sustainability report.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on corporate social responsibility or sustainability, or a comparable course of study
- Experience in sustainability reporting or in a comparable role
- Knowledge of legislation in the area of corporate sustainability reporting or GRI and EU Taxonomy
- Good understanding of business connections and affinity for data and IT tools
- Goal-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
- High level of self-initiative and independence in developing and driving topics
- Communicative personality and secure handling of all hierarchical levels
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking, as well as a certain international travel willingness
