Job Description
Georgia Fugees Academy Charter School is seeking a Music Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the Fugees Family, Inc. mission and the ability to adapt activities for different learning styles and levels of language proficiency.
Requirements
- Teach music classes with a wide range of lesson presentation techniques
- Build a trauma-informed connection to facilitate learning
- Demonstrate classroom management skills that emphasize mutual respect and positive reinforcement
- Recognize and teach lagging skills that are necessary for student growth
- Help students develop an intrinsic motivation to learn
