We are seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager to drive organizational success by enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals. The role will involve supporting the Logistics Manager, developing key relationships, and coordinating logistics management processes. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Requirements
- Supports the Logistics Manager with driving Logistics management implementation
- Develops key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners
- Coordinates logistics management processes
- Reinforces general and legal compliance and requirements regarding quality, health, safety, sustainability, and environment
- Provides cost estimation related to all logistics costing
- Verifies the Logistic contractor's invoice in line with the agreement & actual services rendered
- Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises personnel
- Approves training requests based on corporate objectives
- Conducts annual performance reviews and interim reviews of staff reporting to them
