HR Services Medewerker

We are looking for a motivated HR Services Employee to strengthen our team at our head office in the Netherlands. Our department is in transition and we aim to provide 'world-class' services to our employees and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a comparable education
• At least 1 year of experience in the HR field and/or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Eye for detail and accuracy, but also an overview and the ability to look at situations from a broader perspective
• Drive to achieve results and achieve goals. Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Clear and effective communication in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
• Team spirit and collaboration
• Creative thinking and finding quick solutions to challenges
