Sales Manager - Geotechnical Services (Rockies) - Land

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager of Geotechnical Services to drive growth across energy, infrastructure, and the mining/critical minerals sectors by cultivating high-impact relationships with the greater Rockies Region. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships and signed contracts.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, Earth Sciences or related degree field is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in geotechnical site investigation or closely related field is preferred.
• Strong network of contacts in key markets (infrastructure, energy, critical minerals/mining) within the greater Rockies region.
• Ability to use financial statements as a management tool to drive business decisions and strategies
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, and CRM Software.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
• Must hold a valid passport for international travel.
