Collection Analyst

Requirements

• Manage and collect on accounts receivable portfolio
• Perform outbound calls and send email to follow up on overdue payments
• Investigate and analyze non-payment or delinquency
• Handle customer communication and negotiate payment terms
• Track and escalate high-risk accounts
• Recommend collection strategies for high-risk customers
• Maintain detailed account information
• Monitor late payment trends
• Understand and assist with administrative or liquidation cases
