The Senior Application Support Executive will lead the monitoring of interfaces between CONCUR, ESKER, CITIDIRECT, and ORACLE, ensuring swift coordination and resolution of any issues with vendor(s) and the technical support team. They will also oversee and validate the timely and accurate generation of CONCUR reports, act as the key liaison with vendor(s) and technical support teams, and lead and review KPI reporting for the FSO department.
Requirements
- 3-4 years working experience in IT/Business/Finance or any related field
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/Finance or equivalent
- Shared Services experience is an advantage
- Experience using financial systems including CONCUR, ESKER, CITIDIRECT, and ERP is an advantage
- Relevant experience in application support or related function
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, with particular strength in MS Excel and familiarity with Power Platform (considered an advantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
