Job Description
The Senior Application Support Technical Consultant provides high-level technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization for SAP applications, ensuring seamless system performance and supporting business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong expertise in SAP ERP Case Management and SAP Records Management
- Proficiency in SAP Business Workflows and Process Route Customizing
- Solid experience in SAP authorization concepts and hands-on live ABAP debugging
- Proven experience in live support environments and end-to-end SAP implementation projects
- Strong working knowledge of SAP RE-FX including contracts, architectural objects, parcel and land register modules
- Good understanding of SAP SD, FI, and MM modules
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple support issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with core business processes and modules
