Head of Bioreactor Scale-Up - Process Sciences/MSAT

The Head of Bioreactor Scale-Up will lead the Upstream Scale-Up team, leveraging expertise in modeling and simulation of cell culture processes to drive projects to success. The role involves developing and executing methodologies for scaling cell culture processes from bench top to large scale bioreactors, collaborating with cross-site Process Development Teams, and serving as the primary point of contact to customers.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in bioreactor scale-up modeling and simulation of cell culture processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration
